The Sanata Ana Cigar Company is owned and operated by the Santana family, Jochi and his wife Kenia. They own the land in which they grow the tobacco and the factory in which they roll a great assortment of fine cigars; their sizes and shapes are common to the industry, as well as custom made.
The Santana family oversees every detail of their operation both land and factory, guaranteeing a quality not often seen. They use 100% of their crop in their cigars. Silvio Palomino Cigars has obtained exclusive rights to import these fine cigars to the United States.
The seeds that were originally used to grow the tobacco plants were imported from Cuba. The predominate tobacco plants used in rolling the cigars are the infamous Corojo, and the exceptional tasting Criollo 98; one of the original Cuban Tobaccos that emerged around the time of Columbus. These two tobaccos are rolled by themselves, blended together, and blended with other fine native Dominican Republic tobaccos.
