 I met Silvio two weeks ago at the Hammock's Beach Club, Cigar Expo. He's a down to earth no BS, straight talker. He gave me a Vivaldi to try. Said it was a good smoke, and if I didn't like it, let him know. It was everything he said it was. So I went back the next day and bought a bundle and some coffee. He tuned up my lighter and I bought a backup one. He gave me some pointers on seasoning and maintaining my humidor. Real good experience.
Looking forward to visiting your shop. I will be ordering another Vivaldi bundle shortly.

The greatest works of the composer Vivaldi remained largly unknown in his own time, only to be discovered and praised later.  It's a perfecgt name for one of the best cigars you've never heard of, without a doubt, it is one Cigar Afficianado review away from becoming huge, but it has a very low distribution, and is only available in select areas in the USA.  Full-flavored, with sweetnes thoughout, notes of cocoa, cream, and leather.  It's well constructed.  It feels dense and firm, but drew very easily.Take your time, it's powerful.  The band is a dead ringer for Davidoff, but I'ld be happy to smoke a Vivaldi any day instead.

I got to know Silvio and his cigar blends at the 2008 Nebraska Cigar Festival. I can't believe the construction, burn, taste and aroma of the Santa Ana Corojo and Santa Ana Maduro blends. I have tried hundreds of cigars and the Santa Ana blend is my favorite. It will always be in my humidor. A must try.

Palomino's is a lot like the old fashioned neighborhood tavern.  A place where you can go, hang out, relax, watch a game or movie, and sit and talk.  Silvio greets everyone when he enters and you understand immediately that he is genuinely happy to have you there.  In the cigar lounge Ricky makes you feel welcome and is always willing to share a story.  The cigars are some of the best smokes around and since the business is family owned and operated the prices are kept at a reasonable level.
